Substance use is often initiated during adolescents. Given that most teens play videogames and that videogames can be effective health interventions, the play2PREVENT Lab developed a videogame, PlayForward: Elm City Stories, for overall risk reduction and HIV prevention in 11-14 year olds. We sought to determine if the impact of PlayForward on drug/alcohol/sex-related (DAS) knowledge.
