What We Do
Harnessing videogame technology to shape stronger and healthier lives
The play2PREVENT (p2P) Lab builds on the evolving and expanding area of “serious games,” a field defined as videogames intended for use beyond just entertainment, in the fields of health, wellness, education, and social intelligence. We use principles of character education and components of social and emotional learning to develop innovative targeted digital interventions to impact a range of health outcomes in youth and young adults.
We employ the most rigorous scientific methods and metrics available and our mobile games have the capacity to deliver these effective interventions with much greater engagement, fidelity, reach, scalability, and impact.
