Feza is a recent (2022) graduate from The University of the South (Sewanee), where she obtained her Bachelors of Science in both Neuroscience and French. During her time at Sewanee, Feza served as a research student in both the Biology lab and Cognitive Neuroscience lab, and was a work-study intern for Sewanee IT helpdesk. After graduation and prior to joining play2PREVENT Lab, Feza worked as a co-assistant director for the Sewanee DataLab, a department that focuses on teaching students data science skills for social good.
Feza sees herself joining an MD/PhD program as the next step in her educational career. With further education and research, Feza hopes to obtain more insights into the field of Neuroscience to better understand how the brain works and help others understand.
In her free time, Feza enjoys spending quality time with loved ones (family and friends), traveling, learning new skills (drawing, music), watching TV (news, documentaries, and movies), and having siestas.
